  • Claims adjuster: Claims adjusters play a very important role within the mutual insurance company. In accordance with mutual insurance regulations and social security legislation, claims adjusters process reimbursements for our members’ healthcare expenses.
  • Advisor: As the main point of contact for our members, advisors are responsible for responding to written and telephone inquiries in order to assist members and policyholders with the enrollment process. At the heart of the mutual insurance company, they provide feedback to suggest improvements to the responses given to members.
  • Development Officer: At the heart of the business, they manage reception, follow up with prospects and members, and handle human resources by participating in the recruitment, training, and management of seasonal teams, as well as the technical and administrative management of agencies. They also forge partnerships with institutions and associations.
